HR Advisor (20 hours per week)

£14,500 per annum

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join their team on a part time basis.

Responsibilities:

* Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Support in managing employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
* Stay informed about industry trends and emerging HR practices to offer innovative solutions.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Consultant, or similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information.
