Are you an experienced skilled and motivated Senior Registered Nurse (Childrens or Learning Disabilities) who is passionate about delivering exceptional care. We are looking compassionate nurses to work as part of our expanding community team who are unafraid to try new things in order to provide holistic and skilled palliative and end of life care at home across South East London.

Time is precious, and unlike so many other healthcare providers, we are in the privileged position of giving Nurses the time to deliver holistic one-to-one care to children, young people and their families, throughout their palliative care journey.

Demelza is one of the leading providers of children\'s palliative care across Kent, East Sussex and South East London. We help with every element of life for a child or young person with a life limited condition by providing tailored care. We help those who may not live a long life to live a full life.

Youll be part of a dynamic, supportive and inclusive Multi-disciplinary team providing respite, palliative, and bereavement care and support to children and young people with life-limiting conditions. This role requires a flexible approach to working and will be led by the needs of the case load this will include mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.

You will be based in the community, delivering care across our operating region. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use or access to reliable transport arrangements - will be essential.
