We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client in the Sales Team as an administrator. You will be taking specific responsibility for the international cients  and supporting the sales and marketing function with the duties below. 

This is a 12 month fixed term maternity role and you will be employed directly with the client 

 

Key Objective

•              To provide support to our busy sales and marketing administration team

Requirements

•              Attention to detail

•              Excellent organisational skills

•              Excellent planning and coordinating skills

•              The ability to communicate well with customers, internal staff and other members of the team

•              The ability to work under pressure

•              Enthusiastic and able to use own initiative

•              Knowledge of company systems and policies

•              Flexibility where appropriate including willingness to travel from time to time

•              A thorough awareness of any safety issues

•              To be MS Office literate and be able to understand the business system and its requirements relative to the department

Essential

•              Manufacturing knowledge or experience

Tasks and Duties

•              To answer and process customer enquiries on the telephone and email

•              To input orders as required

•              To process and follow up on quotations

•              To offer general office support to the department

•              To liaise with other departments as necessary

•              To assist in other areas as instructed and according to the needs of the business

 

Min 2 years commercial office experience

Strong competency on MS Office including excel and word

Strong verbal and written competency - there is a solid 50/50 of administration and dealing with clients on the telephone in this role
