Temp to Perm opportunity paid weekly whilst temporary, £10.42 per hour, part time or full time hours available, Uckfield, up to 34 days holiday, overtime occasionally available.



The role

We are working with an excellent employer in Uckfield who are seeking an Administrator to aid the team with data entry and generating labels and documents for outgoing orders. The ideal candidate will be happy with high volumes of data entry and willing to work within the packing operation of outgoing orders too. This will be a busy, data heavy role and requires good computer skills and expeirence of working with spreadsheets. The role will include:

* Formatting spreadsheets to upload into internal systems
* Data entry of information to produce labels and printed documents to accompany outgoing orders
* Checking distribution lists
* Picking and packing for outgoing orders

Please note, this role can either be part time or full time, both Monday to Friday, and the hours would either be 9am - 3pm or 8am - 5:30pm.



The Person

The successful candidate will need to be happy with large volumes of data and working with spreadsheets. This role will be split between entering data to produce labels, lists and documents for outgoing orders, and working practically by picking and packing outgoing parcels. You will need to be happy working flexibily within the department and a great team player. This role is available immediately on a temporary basis so would start soon.
