Actively seeking a talented, meticulous Paralegal to join a leading law firm, supporting their specialist Commercial team!
Up to £30,000 – Eastbourne!
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Paralegal for this highly regarded, innovative law firm. The desired candidate will be experienced as a Paralegal, they are also however open to candidates from a Legal Secretarial background with LPC qualifications. You will be bright, have an excellent degree of accuracy and attention to detail and have positive and proactive approach.
This role will be supporting the Team Leader and Partner within the firm and will cover the following duties:
Business Agreements (disposals / acquisitions)
Management buyouts and buy-ins
Private Equity Investments
Corporate Governance
Administration of Sales and Purchases
Corporate Restructuring
Shareholder Agreements
Joint Ventures
IT Licencing
Support and maintenance agreements
T&C’s
Document drafting
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly skilled and friendly team, that offer great support, along with excellent potential for development and progression if you so desire.
