Administrator

£25K plus generous bonus, 37 ½ hours per week, 22 days holiday, Pension, Life Insurance, Private Healthcare, Free parking onsite



Due to business growth an opportunity has arisen for Project Administrator to join their UK Projects Department. This Administration role is primarily to support the co-ordination and execution of all aspects of multi-discipline engineering, quality control and material supply for contracts which need to be completed on time and within budget.

The Project Administrator is an additional role in a small team due to increased business.

Typical duties include:

* Compiling Project documentation, status reports, shipping lists and Operation Manuals.
* Preparing Document Front Sheet on Excel for new projects
* Logging of documentation drawings and their revision status in accordance with the Document Control Procedure
* Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal departments and chasing for any necessary documentation
* Diary Management
* Booking travel
* Setting up meeting rooms
* Filing & Archiving



The successful candidate will have a really good eye for detail, work in a very orderly manner and have good all round office experience. It is essential that you have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills. Attention to detail and accuracy is required.

Our client is a leading global engineering organisation established over 25 years ago and employing 60 staff in the UK and a further 60 plus across their international offices. Free parking onsite or 15/20 minute walk from Burgess Hill station. Modern, well-appointed offices with a friendly working environment. Finish at lunchtime on Friday.



Package
22 days holiday per annum, increasing after a full calendar years' service by one day per year up to 25 days.

The office is closed between Christmas and New Year and holiday must be reserved for this purpose
The company offer a generous pension scheme matching contributions up to 7%

Life Insurance

Death in Service at a rate of 4 times the salary

Private Healthcare (employee dependents can be covered at their own cost but as part of the group scheme)

Discretionary Bonus Scheme based on the previous year's profits.
