We are hiring an exciting brand-new role to our recruitment business, a Part-Time Marketing Executive to champion all things marketing for our expanding, reputable and thriving business!

We are not in a rush to recruit for this role, so we are happy to wait for the right person, it is essential to us that this person has some experience within recruitment; either marketing within a recruitment company or possibly have worked in recruitment in the past and moved into marketing.

This role will suit someone who is confident and able to introduce new ideas and champion marketing for the business.

The successful candidate will have/be:

Previous knowledge/experience working within recruitment is absolutely essential.
Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, having used this in a professional environment.
Proven experience of improving SEO.
B2B and B2C marketing experience.
Able to pick up new software/equipment quickly.
Exceptional communication skills, written and spoken.
Confident across all common social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Insta and TikTok.
Naturally creative, organised, innovative and methodical.
The successful Part-Time Marketing Executive will be highly focused on return on investment and day-to-day will be promoting our 6 divisions and interacting with customers, existing and new.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Updating social media channels.
Investigating social media campaigns and ways of connecting with new audiences.
Building and maintaining GDPR compliant mailing lists which we can market to.
Advising on and designing suitable email marketing campaigns.
Creating presentations to use internally and externally.
Updating and maintaining content on both websites.
Creating and advising on video content.
Analysing audience information/demographics and success of existing projects.
Ensuring brand consistency in social media and marketing campaigns to ensure TN becomes a familiar and recognised brand.
Increasing not just volume but relevance of our audience/interactions.

Salary: CIRCA £35,000 FTE

Hours: 20-25 hours a week, flexible on hours/days to suit the right person
