Premier Work Support have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Sales Resource Administrator to join a fun, well established and highly successful company based in Medway.
About the role:
As a Sales Resource Administrator, you will be communicating with people of all levels who are searching for new job roles and developing relationships with key decision makers within the customer base. You will work closely with a small friendly team of sales consultants, providing assistance with the management of the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising vacancies, screening CVs, and conducting interviews.
You will NOT require any specific experience within recruitment, as you will receive excellent on-the-job training, development and mentoring. However, we are looking for candidates that have previous sales administration experience along with evidence of strong customer relationship and service skills. In addition, if you want career advancement you will need to be able to drive and possess key personality traits to be successful.
Key Skills:
* Strong written and verbal skills with a polite telephone manner
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Competent use of Word and Excel
* The ability to multitask whilst maintaining attention to detail
Our client is seeking results driven individuals who:
* Maintain a positive mindset, when under pressure and facing problems
* Enjoys challenges, and thrives within a fast-paced customer facing environment
* Have an enthusiastic work ethic and are keen to learn and develop
* Are passionate in delivering exceptional levels of service to the team and customers
Temporary or Permanent
Monday to Friday
Hours 8.00 am to 5.30 pm
On offer is a basic starting salary of £23,500 - (plus on-target commission)
