We are looking for a Communications Executive to join Demelza on a temporary contract of up to 12 months.
Working with the Senior Communications Manager, you will provide support for our communications team. With a strong creative and editorial ability, you will help to tell the story of Demelzas work and impact to both external and internal audiences, to motivate action, engagement, and change. Your role will be mainly focused on supporting internal communications whilst also offering support to the wider Communications team.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting internal engagement through key internal communication channels, such as the weekly all-staff update email and monthly volunteers email via our email marketing platform, newsletters, vlogs, and internal social media
- Supporting the Storytelling Officer with administrative support for the Digital Asset Management system in ensuring photos are uploaded with the correct consent and labels in a timely manner, setting up accounts for staff to use, and sending notifications of content use.
Supporting the regular communications to families via email marketing platforms and monitoring the family social media groups in the absence of the Families Communications Officer
