We're looking for a Change Analyst to join our team, responsible for the facilitation and governance of the Change Management process across various projects within Clarion Housing Group.

Using your experience of change management processes you'll work closely with project teams to identify appropriate strategies, communication and training plans that will ensure successful adoption of the change. As the key point of contact for the business areas impacted, you'll use your ability to manage relationships, expectations and queries to engage with stakeholders and ensure that they understand the impact on their teams along with how best to support them.

You'll be involved in conducting Change Impact Assessments and with experience of delivering workshops and focus groups you'll also deliver presentations and training sessions to user groups within the business, supporting the implementation and embedding of change.

With an ability to work on your own initiative, collaboratively in a team and in collaboration with the project managers, you'll work within the change framework to identify the most effective approach to change management on a project-by-project basis, driving the approach which will most increase user acceptance and adoption.

If you have advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills and the ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while handling multiple tasks, then we want to hear from you now!
