Purchase Ledger Job, Full Time & Permanent (£24,000 - £30,000 per annum)
Your new company
You will work for a professional manufacturing organisation based in Dover. The position will sit within a team of 6 within the finance department. The role involves a day of 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday. The company currently adopts a hybrid approach of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week.
Your new role
You will report to the Finance Director and be responsible for assisting in automation of purchase ledger processes, bank reconciliations, cashflow, morning banking, reconciliations of statements, dealing with payments, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous exposure of purchase ledger/nominal ledger/bank reconciliations and payment portals. You will gave good IT skills, in particular, good Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP's).
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum as well as a pleasant hybrid plan of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote working per week. To accommodate this you will be given a work laptop.
