Are you a Sussex/Kent based Litigation Solicitor or CILEX looking for the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week?

Our client in established Sussex solicitors practice seeking a litigator in their Hastings office to undertake a mix of property related work including Boundary disputes, Possession matters, Neighbour disputes and Debt Recovery work (mainly related to service charges and ground rents). Any additional experience with Will disputes, Employment law or commercial claims would be an advantage.

You will be supported by an experienced Litigation team based across 5 Sussex offices, you must be IT literate and have experience working with Case Managements systems although some secretarial support is on hand.
