Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Salary: £24,000-£25,000 per annum
Location: West Malling
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing supplier invoices and reconciling supplier statements
* Monitoring and reconciling bank accounts
* Raising sales invoices and dealing with customer queries
* Credit control and chasing payments
* Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations
* General accounting and administrative duties
About You:
* Experience in a similar role and understanding of basic accounting principles
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
