Are you looking for work this summer? Then look no further I have the perfect vacancy on behalf of a market leading logistics company within the Folkestone area. They are looking for their next seasonal customer service agent superstar. This position is a seasonal temporary position running from start of June to the end of September, candidates must be available throughout this whole period.
The role for a customer service agent will include:
You will be part of a busy team providing high quality customer care
Establish relationships, identify opportunities, and maximise customer retention
Liaising with couriers and suppliers
Monitoring emails and solving issues within a timely manner
Skills and Experience required for the customer service agent role include:
Must have previous customer experience within a fast-paced environment
Good standard of numeracy and literacy
Excellent Customer service skills
Ability to use own initiative and work well within a team
Reliable, flexible, and punctual
Additional information for the customer service agent role:
This office operates 7 days a week, mixture of early/late shifts candidates must be flexible
A valid driving license is desirable
£12 - £15 per hour, dependant on experience
