We are working closely alongside a long-established locally based client of ours who have approached us with a rare opportunity to join their IT department. This is an excellent opportunity with guaranteed progression due to the changing structure of the team. The client is flexible with experience level and is open to meeting candidates with varied backgrounds.

The role is based within a welcoming office environment, where you will work closely alongside the current IT manager.
Your responsibilities will be varied keeping each day different and exciting.

The day to day duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Trouble shooting day to day IT troubles around the office
• Helping staff with software and hardware issues
• Aiding with installation of new equipment
• Training staff on new systems / equipment
• Research and implementation of new systems
• Escalating complex issues to 3rd party support with efficiency

If you have experience in the above duties or are keen to gain experience, this role would be excellent for you.
