Day to day, your focus will be to support the smooth running of the office - with duties ranging:
- Managing office supplies and equipment,
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors,
- Assisting the HR Manager and Advisor with tasks such as scheduling interviews, setting up employment contracts, arranging external training, maintaining employee records
- Arranging UK + international travel and itineraries
- Providing ad hoc support to other departments and projects, eg staff parties, gifts, general administration
Great role for someone who enjoys working in a busy and varied position; taking responsibility for business operations running smoothly
15-25 hrs per week (flex)

Salary with experience £12-14,00 p.h.
