Credo Care is a well-established and leading Independent Fostering Agency, based in Lydd, Kent and specialising in the care of children with additional needs. You will be supporting our continued growth and development in the delivery of marketing to recruit new carers and promotion of our organisation.
Main duties and responsibilities
The principal role of the Marketing and Promotions Administrator is to support the growth and development of the Agency in the delivery of external and internal marketing to recruit new foster carers and to promote our organisation within the Credo Care community.
Marketing
Working with staff and foster carers, produce communication materials, case examples and copy for use throughout our business activities
Publish/produce newsletters and other marketing materials with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Maintain and develop social media platforms and company website, creating regular and relevant content to promote Credo Care and recruit foster carers
Generate targeted digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google AdWords, Instagram, SEO, responding to comments and evaluating effectiveness of this in the recruitment of foster carers
Generate off-line promotions and advertising
Support agency survey production via Survey Monkey
Participation and Engagement Activity
Assist the participation and engagement team with developing and maintaining internal communication plan to include events throughout the year.
Website
Liaise with external provider (Boom) regarding website updates
IT
Organise printer set-up for new staff, in conjunction with external providers
General
Maintain appropriate and accurate records on electronic systems
Attend and contribute to meetings Undertake training as required
Maintain a professional image and appropriate standard of dress in order to represent the agency in a professional and business-like manner
Work at all times in accordance with Credo Care’s policies, procedures and ethos and under the guidance of regulatory framework, including the National Minimum Standards
Undertake any other duties at the request of your line manager, managers or directors, dependent on the postholder’s areas of expertise, knowledge and skills and with regard to the level of responsibility afford by the post held
Requirements
A good standard of education (GCSE standard, grade C or above to include Maths and English)
Be IT literate and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and social media platforms
Excellent communication and organisational skills with ability to manage own workload
