Marketing & Communication Manager



Overview

To oversee, build and promote the company brand amongst its stakeholders, clients and other wider audiences. This role incorporates both strategic and operational responsibilities , with a need for the post holder to have the ability to perform both aspects. You will lead the M&C function and oversee an Assistant.



Summary of accountabilities:

* Coordination and management of corporate literature and internal communications.
* Coordination and management of website.
* Coordination and management of relationships with PR consultants.
* Coordination and management of digital strategy and delivery of the social media proposition.
* Coordination and management of tender process.
* Membership of Media , New Business and Culture committees.



What you need to bring:

* A track record in marketing and communications in a corporate environment
* Experience within the insurance industry
* Solid understanding of brand development and positioning
* Experience of digital marketing and social media strategy
* Internal and external stakeholder management
* Creative thinker, strategic planning and strong collaborative skills



What you need to know:

* Permanent role
* Hybrid Flexible Working - City & Home
* Salary between £40,000 and £65,000 + benefits
