In this role you will work as part of a small and close knit team to provide an excellent service for all customers of the business. You will be the first point of contact via phone, email and web chat. Through these channels you will help manage queries, enquiries and complaints as well as helping to pass calls on to relevant teams and point callers in the right direction.

All of which, full training will be provided for!!!

The ideal candidate will have experience in a relevant role, or hold customer facing experience, e.g. office, retail, supermarket, bar work etc.
