Are you an experienced Conveyancer / Property Lawyer looking for a Contract / Locum role in Sussex?
Our client is a small high street firm in Mid Sussex seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, CILEX. Licensed Conveyancer to provide additional support to the firm’s Residential & Commercial Property team.
You will be dealing with a caseload of residential sales/purchases, equity transfers, shared ownerships, auction sales and RTBs. Any experience with lease extensions, New Build/Plot Sales would be an advantage. You must also have experience with Commercial Property sales, business leases, be I.T. literate and feel comfortable working with Case Management systems.
Role is available full time / part-time and generous hourly/daily rates on offer.
