Project Executive

Currently I am recruiting for a Project executive to join a growing company the role will cover Kent/ surrey/ London & Essex.

The Role:

To develop and nurture existing client relationships, seek new opportunities across a broad range of clients Head teachers, asset managers, architects, and facilities managers to manage large projects and Turkey solutions within the education & public sector.

Key Duties:

* Generate, deliver quotations and presentations to the client.
* Maintain our CRM with detailed project notes.
* Generate and manage a qualified pipeline of new business opportunities via social media networking, telephone sales calls to new and existing contacts along with face-to-face meetings
* Developing strong and sustainable business relationships with your customer base ensuring these relationships are managed with a high level of professionalism.
* You will be able to work Remotely, this will have site visits with an expectation to come in to the office for meetings when required



About You:

* Adaptable within your communication to the needs of your audience
* Able to mange your time and work with a high of autonomy
* Analytically minded & able to confidential talk through & present data & figures
* Strong presentation skills at all levels within an organisation
* Commercial acumen with the ability collaborates internally & externally.
* Driver's licence
* Experience of selling office furniture or commercial interiors would be advantageous.
