Permanent Recruitment Consultant – Business Support Division

£24k-30k DOE + uncapped commission OTE £35-70K YR 1, £40-80K YR 2 +

Are you passionate about Recruitment, outgoing, thorough and self-motivated?!

This is a full 360 recruitment role, where you will take ownership of your own desk, developing new business and maintaining those accounts through your strong resourcing abilities and great servicing skills.

Duties for the role include:
• Managing a busy and fast paced desk, with clients to service from day one
• Building relationships through business development activities of new and lapsed clients, both over the phone and in person
• Sourcing candidates through a range of resourcing techniques including Boolean search
• Consultatively advising your clients of market information, accurately identifying opportunities for growth
• Building great relationships with your candidate base: carrying out face to face registrations and interview preparation calls
• Working to exceed financial targets
• Working collaboratively as a team, including covering for other consultants when required
• Offering the highest standards of customer service to clients, candidates and internally to your team
• All associated administration including writing engaging adverts and formatting CVs
• Ad-hoc duties as required
