An opportunity exists for a trainee contracts manager in construction by joining a long - established traditional building company, Charlier Construction LTD, Carrying out a wide variety of projects.
The role is to assist a Contract Manager with the planning, organising and execution of numerous projects for a wide range of clients.
Essential Requirements
Willingness to learn
Positive 'can do' attitude
Currently working towards an HNC or quivalent qualification is an advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Organisational skills
Professional manner of communication, verbal and written
Attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and off own initiative
own transport
