Web Marketing / E-Commerce Manager (12-Month FTC)

Overview:

A rare and exciting opportunity to join a luxury brand who are a multiple award-winning business within their field as a Web Marketing / E-Commerce Manager on a 12-month FTC.

You will work closely with the wider digital team to manage, analyse, and optimise digital campaigns that drive customer growth, conversion, and funnel improvements via search marketing, SEO, email marketing, etc. You will also be responsible for managing the website content updates, ensuring constant optimisation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the channel strategy, with accountability for the budgets for the paid channels. In addition, this role will take ownership of tracking and reporting on projects, to provide accurate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting including commentary and recommendations, as well as managing our external agency relationships.

* Your role will be to devise and implement a strategy aiming at increasing our database via internal and external initiatives, and substantially driving conversion to our e-commerce and visits to our website.
* Alongside the e-commerce manager, you will be driving the development and implementation of the SEO strategy, including.
* Budget Management: management of annual budget and targets.
* Manage and Implement design, functionality, and content updates to ensure constant improvements. This includes briefing internal team as well as external website development agency.
* Take part to the re-platforming project in close collaboration with the Head of digital and Head of Brand.

To be successful in this role you'll have:

* Excellent awareness and understanding of current developments in digital communications.
* Excellent knowledge of and proven successful experience in email marketing and search marketing.
* Excellent data-analytical skills with understanding of how best to implement web analytical skills to inform on-going improvement to digital content, platforms, and channels.
* Exceptional and proven writing skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Experience with website development and website development agencies preferred but not essential (training available).
* At least 3 years' experience within the digital marketing space, with a focus on paid search, SEO and email marketing, with a strong understanding and experience of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
