We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our charity shop team in Folkestone as an Assistant Charity Shop Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Manager in the day-to-day running of the shop, including customer service, stock management, and financial administration.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be confident in dealing with customers and volunteers. The ability to work well independently and as part of a team is essential, as is the ability to work flexibly to support the shop’s opening hours.
The successful applicant will have experience in retail and/or customer service, as well as a good understanding of financial and administrative processes. Previous charity shop experience would be an advantage.
The role is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract, on a part-time basis, working 25 hours per week. The hourly rate of pay is £10.42.
