Sussex practice with two coastal offices seek Family Law Solicitor or CILEX to join busy Matrimonial department.
You will be joining a small team dealing exclusively with privately funded Divorce, Finance and Childrens matters acting for the firms longstanding clients located across Sussex and Hampshire (some HNW).
Experience with Domestic Violence work, TOLATA/Cohabitation disputes and the ability to conduct Advocacy in both FDA/FDR hearings.
This role also individuals the chance to work from either of the firms busy offices which are based in Worthing or near Hove.
Some home/remote working also on offer - generous salary and holiday entitlement
