Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Burgess Hill

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, alternating every 4 weeks, 7am - 3:30pm and 10:30am - 7pm (soon to be changing to 6am - 2:30pm and 1:30pm - 10pm)

Salary: £24,000 p/a + shift enhancement



We are working with an excellent employer in Burgess Hill who are seeking additional Machine Operators to join their expanding business. This is a hands-on role, responsible for operating basic machinery and using tools for fabricating parts for their products.

Please note, this role follows an alternating 4-week shift pattern - 7am - 3:30pm and 10am - 7pm. Please only apply if you are willing and able to accommodate this shift pattern for the long term.



The Role:

* Operating a range of factory machinery for cutting, shaping and fabricating parts
* Use of hand and power tools
* Assembly work once parts have been manufactured.

The Person:

* A background in manufacturing
* Forklift licence would be beneficial but not essential
* Confident using factory machinery as well as hand and power tools
* You must be proactive with a good attitude to work
* A reliable and dependable team player
