HR Administrator
Outskirts of Wadhurst
£20,000 - £22,000 per annum - 12 month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Do you have experience in HR or Recruitment?
Looking for a new challenge in a busy but rewarding environment?
We are working with our client based on the outskirts of Wadhurst to recruit a candidate to cover maternity cover for one of their HR Administrators.
Key Duties Include:
- Work with line managers to assist with candidate attraction methods
- Monitor applications, arrange and co-ordinate interviews for all vacant roles on site
- Co-ordinate assessment centres
- Manage the on-boarding process for all new starters
- Arrange thorough inductions
- Arrange and book training as and when required
- Highlight areas of concern that arise from exit interviews
- Ensure GDPR policies are adhered to
- Absence management
- Ad-hoc Administration to assist other members of the HR Team and the Talent Acquisition team
This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their HR or Recruitment skills, the client provides excellent training and has some flexibility on the hours. The role is Full Time but the working hours can be 8-4, 8.30-4.30 or 9-5.
