Are you an Administrator who is available immediately and looking for a role within a company that offers progression?

We are working with our client based in Sevenoaks to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a Full Time / Permanent basis. The role will be office based and is based in lovely refurbished offices and offers the benefit of free on site parking.

* Checking and recording weekly time sheets for around 80 employees
* Checking that all holiday and sickness is recorded correctly
* Recording business mileage and checking its compliant as per HMRC legislation
* Processing weekly/monthly expenses for over 100 employees
* Updating employee bank details when needed
* Issuing new holiday forms
* Ad-hoc Administration for the Accounts team
