Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Lawyer and looking for a change of direction moving away from day to day fee earning?

Our client is one of the largest property firms in the South East and is seeking an experienced Conveyancer who wishes to take up the role of "Head of Training" which involves working alongside the firms training team" which deals with the training/supervising/management of conveyancing staff based across the firms Sussex, Manchester and South Wales offices.

Reporting directly to the firms Associate Director, your role will involve supervising the existing teams and carrying out induction training, monitoring staff progress, staff performance, identifying specific needs and delivering training sessions when required.
This role requires either an experienced Solicitor, CILEX or CLC Member who has a strong background in Conveyancing and proven pedigree as a Fee Earner - along with the ability to inspire and work with people.

This role also requires travelling across the country to various office locations when required.
