We are recruiting for Garden/Ground Maintenance Operatives for a ongoing contracts leading into full time roles with our client based in Medway.

This company offers first class training so if you have a keen interest in gardening they will train you. If you have previous experience in a similar role this would be advantageous but it is not essential. Full PPE and training and full time opportunities available for all.

This will be to work as part of a fantastic, friendly team based in the Medway Towns. These roles are initially temporary but permanent positions offered at the end of a successfully trial period where your salary will increase.

All year round work available - this is NOT just seasonal work

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.00pm
Pay: £9.50 to £10 per hour DOE with overtime at weekends paid at time and half and double time

The main duties will be working in a small team to assist with the maintenance of green spaces throughout the Medway Towns, this includes weeding, strimming, planting and grass cutting for which training can be given. Other adhoc duties such as clearance of rubbish and emptying of bins will also be included within the role.

You will be required to drive the company vehicle so successful candidates must hold a full UK driving licence, with no disqualifications and a maximum of 6 points for insurance purposes.
Due to the location ideally you should have your own transport to get to and from the site.
