Our Client who cater for a multitude of accounts are seeking Temporary Customer Service Advisors to be the primary internal point of contact for a defined customer base. Working in an office environment, supporting both the internal and external teams to achieve business objectives and service goals.

About the role

* Monitoring multiple in-boxes resulting in a wide range of queries
* Ensuring business process performance (e.g. accuracy, speed of execution, output quality etc.) is within acceptable parameters
* Dealing with outside enquiries from customers in a timely and effective manner

About you

* Experience in customer service administration
* Excellent attention to detail
* Accuracy
* Experience working with Microsoft application suite (including Excel)
* Ability to work under pressure in target driven environment
