You will join a busy team, providing support for administrative services across our Lifelong Learning courses and provision, contributing to a positive student experience and ensuring relevant regulations, policies and procedures are adhered to. You will therefore need to keep up to date with changes, work to deadlines and respond flexibly to competing priorities.

This post is full-time, for a fixed term period until the end of July 2023 and based at our Medway campus.

As Programmes & Administration Assistant you can expect to get involved in:

providing administrative support across all courses including student applications, inductions, module material, virtual learning environments (such as Moodle), progression reviews, student support, requests for extensions and so on, examinations, examination boards and various committees
updating Lifelong Learning student databases, reporting and CRM (or similar) systems, ensuring the information is current and up to date and complies with GDPR
acting as point of contact for students, apprentices, prospective employers, external examiners, collaborative partners, staff and visitors
What we are looking for in the right candidate:

English and Maths GCSE grade 4/C or above, or equivalent
expertise in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
excellent oral and written communication skills
the ability to produce documents to a high standard and to have a good eye for detail
