An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate level candidate looking to gain some experience within a financial environment. My client is looking for a Finance Officer to join them on a 12-month fixed term contract with the possibility to turn permanent for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

* Processing, preparing and recording investment transactions
* Monitoring incoming investment instructions
* Dealing with internal queries and tasks
* Allocating bank receipts
* Preparation of tax refund claims to HMRC
* General administration tasks when required

The ideal candidate will be available at short notice, hardworking, eager to learn and interested in gaining some practical experience within a finance department.
