My client, a rapidly expanding business based in Maidstone, is looking to recruit a Head of Finance. Working closely with the Managing Director and leading a small team, you will take ownership of finance, systems and the commercial direction of the business.
Key responsibilities will include the review, creation and implementation of all internal financial processes within the business, including but not limited to management and Board reporting, budgeting, payroll, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, maintenance of the general ledger and statutory/regulatory compliance.
The business will continue to grow and the person joining will be able to develop with them. The successful candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified and have experience of working in a senior finance position within an SME. Experience of joint ventures or international exposure would be beneficial.
