Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: 19-22,000
Location: Paddock Wood
Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders with excellent communication skills and responding to sales enquiries
- Dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone
- General administration duties
- Liaising with other necessary departments
Key Skills:
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Comfortable using computers and able to qucikly adapt to new systems
- Ability to multitask, flexibility and reactive
