FULL TIME ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
required for our office based in Barfrestone, Nr Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG.
This position is for someone who has previous administration experience.
Must have a confident telephone manner, able to use Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook) Internet, Database & CRM packages.
Must be able to work under pressure and specific instruction when required, also be able to multi task if needed and able to work comfortably within a team or alone.
Would be required to type letters for the MD when needed, answering telephone for Electrad (part of Envirograf) taking enquiries from customers. Taking enquiries on the telephone and entering details on our CRM System for Envirograf, calls from suppliers or people that need to speak to MD or other staff.
Duties will also include helping with mailshots of literature and new product releases if required.
Experience and attributes required for this role are: -
Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, CRM Databases, e mail etc)
Good written English and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Must be a good team player
FULL TIME POSITION
08.30am - 5.30pm Monday – Friday
28 days holiday, this includes all bank holidays)
Workplace pension
TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL DUE TO LOCATION, THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT TO THE VILLAGE.
