We seek an experienced cleaner to join our clients busy facilities team, based from offices in Bognor Regis but supporting sites in Chichester, Bognor and Littlehampton your main duties will be to ensure that that you provide a high level of service in a timely manner to ensure that the rooms are available for new guests. This client provides temporary accommodation for local authorities - these are mostly single occupancy accommodations or HMO - you will work alongsde the maintenance engineer to plan work. This is a 30 hr week role, 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday 

The Cleaner's role can vary depending on the site but in general their duties will include:


Clean, stock and supply designated facility areasDusting, sweeping, vacuuming, moppingCarry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasksNotify management of deficiencies or repairs requiredStock and maintain supply rooms

Due to the nature of these facilities this client will require the successful candidate to undertake a DBS before starting on any site.
