Client Services Executive

£20,000 - £25,000 DOE

Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Executive to join our client's team based in Maidstone.

Duties include:

* Logging and resolving customer queries onto Salesforce system
* Working to SLA targets to provide timely, accurate responses
* Providing quotations and credits for authorisation and drawing reporting information from the systems as requested
* Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
* General archiving and office administration tasks

The successful candidate will have / be:

* Positive, conscientious, and reliable
* Resilient in pressured situations
* Calm, confident and polite on the phone
* Confident using MS Office and Salesforce systems
* Excellent attention to detail
