eCommerce Account Manager

Mid Kent

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

£30-40k DOE



An exciting new opening for an experienced eCommerce Account Manager has arisen for our well-established client based in the Medway area. This is a rare role with the chance to make a real impact on the company.



It is an exciting time to join the business as they already supply globally across numerous countries but have plans in place to distribute their products even further!



Duties include:



* Managing product ranges, listings, placement, advertising, and platforms across chosen eCommerce channels both in the UK and internationally with a view to becoming number 1 in the UK
* Managing all aspects of product listing such as keyword updating, checking product placement, posting new products, and managing a range portfolio
* Understanding the target audience for the company's products and boosting sales by producing engaging, informative listings to attract new business
* Business development across all platforms with the ability to build new and maintain current relationships
* Monitoring any seasonal trends, as well as any other determining factors impacting sales
* Monitoring competitor activities
* Staying at the forefront of any eCommerce developments in order to react quickly to changing circumstances



The successful candidate will have / be:



* Experience working with eCommerce platforms and an understanding of how they operate - Amazon experience would be ideal!
* Demonstrable track record in growing sales through eCommerce platforms
* A good understanding of AdWords, SEO Optimisation, Google Analytics and how to use these to drive traffic

* An analytical, results-focused approach
* Excellent time management skills
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, confident approach with the drive to consistently work to high standards
* Strong IT skills; particularly Excel

* Fluency in another language is desirable (particularly German) but not essential
