Premier Work Support have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Warehouse Team Lead to join a wonderful, forward thinking company based in Dartford for the night shift (11pm - 7am)

In the role of Team Leader you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of a fast-moving pick-pack warehouse environment. Responsible for the management of the people within the warehouse function, to ensure the company's daily targets and objectives are meet or exceeded.

Your key areas of responsibilities include:

* Communicate and escalate as appropriate any delivery non-conformities, load failures and transport issues as pro-actively as possible to ensure we are managing customer service expectations.
* Liaise pro-actively with third party logistic service providers and consumable product suppliers to ensure day to day operations are not hindered in completing daily shift expectations.
* Ensure all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the company's procedures and requirements.
* Responsible for driving standard work and quality processes are implemented to ensure a team disciplined 'right first time' approach is adhered to.
* Reporting of handling equipment issues to ensure full operational capacity across shifts. Reportable to day Supervisor for planned maintenance of machinery and equipment.
* Maintain training matrix and ensure employees are adequately trained and competent in their roles to ensure operational flexibility.

This role is Sunday - Thursday. 11pm - 7am.
