You and Your Team:



As a HR Co-ordinator, you will be reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager. You’ll be part of the HR department and supporting all of the HR team, internal clients, all departments and colleagues.





In your day-to-day role, as a HR Co-ordinator you will:



End to end delivery of on boarding administration processes, including thorough background checks and creation of contracts
Support and deliver end to end employee lifecycle processes, including any and all change processes, from hours changes through to promotions
Act as the first point of call for all HR queries, providing basic guidance where possible or identifying best HR Specialist to support
Support Employee Relations Team with walk ins, from dealing with basic queries to setting up meetings
