We are currently looking for an energy industry Account Manager who is looking for a new role, working with an expanding and successful energy consultancy. The service offered is centred on our industry leading energy management and purchasing software solutions, which are designed and built in house. Consultancy services include gas, electric and water contract negotiation, contract management, energy reporting, billing validation and invoice recharging.
This is a remote role, where you will need to have access into London if required on rare occasion.
Hours: 40hrs per week, remote
Salary: 30 - 35k
The Client Management Team services the company's multi-site corporate clients and is where the role will be working within. Our clients have sites all over the UK and require a high level of service to help them to reach their goals and rectify any issues and arise on their accounts from day to day. You will receive full training on program modules to ensure the basics of energy procurement and management are in place, and have the opportunity to learn your way around the software platforms from a client facing and internal management perspective. After all training is complete, the role will involve:
* Set up new portfolios and sites
* Organise site surveys for meter identification
* Organising Electric & Gas Supply Contract Tendering
* Managing Disconnection Notice
* Managing Transfer Objections
* Organising the installation of new energy supplies including ground works and metering
* Monthly KPI Reporting (per client) - Live tasks - Portfolio Summary (NOTs, Contract Renewals, COTs in COTs Out)
* Cost Analysis
* Consumption Alerts, Usage Analysis, Consumption Profiling
You must be able to show understanding and experience in dealing with the following:
* Fixed and flex procurement
* Change of tenancy
* Invoice validation points and processes
* Meter installation
* Cost and consumption reporting and forecasting
* Recharging
Skills needed:
* Account manager experience
* Leadership experience
* Exposure to working with corporate clients
* Working knowledge of the energy industry
* Problem solving skills
