An ambitious and forward-thinking Account Executive is required for an expanding and successful energy consultancy and software development company starting immediately. This is a work from home role, so you will be expected to have great time management skills and access into Central London for very rare occasion.

All applicants must have previous experience working within the energy industry.

The Client Management Team services multi-site corporate clients. You will be working within this team to help provide a high level of service to help them reach their goals and rectify any issues that arise on their account from day to day.

Full time hours, 9:00 - 18:00

Starting salary: £24 - 28k

You will have full training in this role to know and understand all systems in place to set you up initially. After this, your job will involve the following:

* Setting up new sites and portfolios
* Raising and responding to tasks within the companies systems
* Liaising with the procurement team to run client tenders
* Present tender results and provide industry insight to clients
* Managing disconnection notices from suppliers or third parties
* Managing supply transfer objections
* Reviewing consumptions alerts, usage analysis, consumption profiling
* Specialist client projects
* KPI reporting monthly
* Working with the data team to ensure data completeness and accuracy
* Reviewing and expanding the company service offerings
* Working with the in house software developers to enhance the systems from a management perspective by designing new system functionality
* Assisting the company and clients to reach Net Zero targets

Skills needed

* Account executive experience
* Exposure to working with corporate clients
* General working knowledge of the Energy Industry
* Problem solving skills
* Time management skills
* Clerical experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong numeracy skills
