An exciting role for a Contracts Administrator has opened up at a growing energy consultancy and software company due to on-going expansion. If you are looking for a new challenge, c and have the experience listed below please contact me for further information.

Start date: ASAP/Immediately
Hours: 40 hours per week fully remote position. You need to be able to have access into London on very rare occasion.

Job Description As a Contracts Administrator you be providing administrative support to our energy procurement team, which will include, but not be limited to: loading energy contracts into our in house systems, ensuring the rates, charges and terms are all set out correctly. You will also assist the procurement team from time to time.

Required skills:

* Attention to detail is of high importance in this role, as the successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the contracts databases correct and up to date
* Excel experience is a must. VLOOKUPS, Conditional Formatting, and Data Sorting functions as a minimum
* Understanding of the Energy Industry is a bonus
* Strong communication skills
* You need to be a strong team player, but also able to work independently
