Administrator - Engineering
You will need an engineering background/interest as this role is supporting the sales department who deal in bespoke engineering parts globally.
Salary Circa £25k - £30k - Hours 37.5 Monday to Friday Holidays 22 plus statutory days, discretionary bonus scheme – excellent pension contribution – Private Health care plus many other benefits
Duties
Placement of Purchase OrdersPopulate and manage the Spares procurement logArrange visas, travel, documentation and logistics for supervisors to go on site-work and training.Liaise with clients about their requirements for supervisorssupporting the sales department who will be proactively dealing with large bidsTo cover the sale of engineering spare parts and departmental absencesGood knowledge of microsoft packages and excel.Ability over time to gain a clear understanding and product knowledgeCover the sale of spare parts and their installation process
