The Smart CI Group are actively seeking a Labour Co-ordinator based in our Sittingbourne Office to assist the team in organising all engineers and sub-contractors on a daily basis.
Due to continuous expansion, this is a new role required.
We are a friendly and fast growing provider of commercial industrial services, with a wide variety of customers, offering varied and interesting works.
Within this role you will be required to undertake:
Diary management for all engineers including sub-contractors
Scheduling shut works
Liaising with Operations Directors, Project Managers & Supervisors
Accepting and Organising Deliveries for the Engineering Team
Meeting & Liaising with Clients to fulfil their requirements
This will be a busy and varied role
Required Skills:
Previous Experience in a similar role is preferred
Exceptional Organisational Skills & time management
Ability to communicate well - verbally and written
Confident
Willingness to learn
The ability to work as an individual and part of a team
Good telephone manner
Full UK driving licence
