Chef - Full time & part time positions available

Sevenoaks - due to the location, you will need to be able to drive

£23,500 DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef to join my client's well-established, well known and highly successful company based on the outskirts of Sevenoaks.



Duties include:

* Prepare, cook and present food to meet company standards
* Ensure daily, weekly and monthly cleaning duties are carried out
* Assisting the Head Chef to achieve budgeted food costs and achieve gross profit margins
* Ensure correct portion control
* Maintaining effective working relationships across all departments

The successful candidate will have / be:

* A team player
* A clear communicator
* Able to work well under pressure
* Organised
* Food Hygiene Level 2 - essential
* Knowledge and understanding of: Fire regulations and procedures 2, H&S at Work regulations, First aid procedures, Food Hygiene regulations (Food Hygiene Manual), COSHH regulations would be desirable
* Able to work flexibly; some unsociable hours are required
