Role: After Sales Administrator
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000pa (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Location: Marden

Our client, a global distributor, is currently recruiting for an After Sales Administrator to join the team immediately on an 8-month Maternity FTC.

This position will include providing first class customer service to all clients, customers, and colleagues. As the After Sales Administrator, you will answer calls and deal with them accordingly, you will process return queries and issues, and support the UK Sales team with any customer returns quickly. This is an opportunity to join a business at an important and exciting time.

Main duties include:

- Ensuring all customer complaints are resolved and reported on
- Process returns and inform customers of the information they need
- Ensure when required, that all returns have the correct customs paperwork to be received back into the UK and comply with regulations
- Keep in touch with transport suppliers with any issues

Experience & Skills Required:

- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong in Microsoft suite, especially Excel
- Able to respond quickly, flexibly and positively to requests
- Excellent customer service
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Decision making and finding solutions
