Our client are experts in the management of electrical, fire and security services, with a lifetime of experience behind them. The role requires an experienced, flexible and highly motivated Approved Electrician who is capable of working under their own initiative and as part of a team.

About the role

* Maintenance and repairs 30% (of your working role)
* Minor works 30%
* Electrical installations 30%
* Test and inspections 5%
* Breakdowns 5%
* You will need to attend regular training workshops and team meetings as determined by the company
* All conditional job offers are subject to satisfactory security screening and DBS checks

About you

* Have served a recognised apprenticeship, or demonstrate time served experience
* Have basic IT skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
* Have experience in industrial, commercial, and domestic working environments
* Full UK driving licence
* ECS Card (with at least 6 months remaining)
* City & Guilds 2356 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
* City & Guilds 2357 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
* City & Guilds 2382-18 18th Edition Update
* City & Guilds 2391-52 Test & Inspection or equivalent
* Must be able to understand and carry out electrical installation work efficiently to BS 7671:2018+A2
* Fire alarm and Door entry systems are an advantage
